What this policy covers

Nova Personal Assistant is a private, non-marketing text-message service used by Dezmond Herbert to communicate with family members and trusted personal contacts who have agreed to receive messages.

Information collected

The service may collect a recipient's name, mobile phone number, relationship to Dezmond, message content, attachments, timestamps, consent status, and delivery or opt-out status. It also keeps a private conversation history so messages can be understood and tracked accurately.

How information is used

Information is used only to send, receive, understand, and maintain personal conversations requested by Dezmond or the recipient; to operate and secure the service; and to honor consent, help, and opt-out requests.

No sale or marketing use

Personal information and mobile opt-in information are not sold, rented, shared with third parties for their marketing, or used for advertising. Information may be provided only to service providers and mobile carriers when necessary to deliver messages, prevent abuse, maintain the service, or comply with law. Those providers may use it only to perform those functions.

Retention and security

Conversation records are kept in a private message history for as long as they are reasonably needed for continuity, safety, and recordkeeping. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no electronic system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask for help or stop future text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. You may also text the Nova number at (980) 470-4865 with a privacy question or request concerning your conversation.
