Program description
Nova Personal Assistant sends non-marketing, conversational text messages on Dezmond Herbert's behalf to family members and trusted personal contacts. Messages may concern scheduling, reminders, arrivals, household coordination, and routine follow-up. Nova identifies herself as Dezmond's AI executive assistant.
Consent
Recipients opt in by visiting the Nova Text Message Opt-In page and texting START from the mobile number they want to enroll to (980) 470-4865. Sending START means the recipient agrees to receive recurring, non-marketing conversational messages from Nova on Dezmond's behalf. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the conversation and may be intermittent. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help or text (980) 470-4865 for support. Reply STOP at any time to cancel future messages. After a STOP request, one confirmation message may be sent and no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
Appropriate use
This service is for routine personal communication and should not be used for emergencies, medical emergencies, or time-sensitive safety requests. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate help is needed.
Privacy
Personal and mobile opt-in information is handled as described in the Nova Personal Assistant Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
